1. Lateness Policy
We understand that life happens, but in order to respect the time of both our clients and team, we have the following policies regarding tardiness:
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment. You may also incur a shortened service to ensure other clients’ appointments are not delayed.
• Rescheduling due to Lateness: If you anticipate being late, please call or text us as soon as possible to avoid disruption to our schedule. Depending on the time you arrive, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule for a later date.
• No-Show Policy: A 50% charge of the service fee will apply if you miss your appointment without notifying us in advance. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
2. Deposits
To confirm your appointment and protect against last-minute cancellations, a deposit is required for all appointments:
• Deposit Requirement: A 20% deposit of the total service price is required at the time of booking, for appointments that last longer than 30 minutes.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be applied to rescheduled appointments as long as 48 hours’ notice is provided for cancellations or changes.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of your service will be due at the time of service completion.
3. Appointment Booking
We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
• How to Book:
• Online Booking: Easily schedule your appointment through our website or booking platform.
• Phone or Email: You can also call or email us to book an appointment, and we will send you a confirmation message.
• Walk-In Appointments: Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability. For guaranteed service, advanced booking is encouraged.
4. Trichologist Scalp & Hair Consultation
Our certified trichologist offers professional consultations to help assess your scalp and hair health, providing personalized treatment recommendations.
• Consultation Overview:
• A thorough evaluation of your scalp and hair through visual inspection and potential diagnostic tests (e.g., scalp analysis or hair strand tests).
• A personalized treatment plan based on your unique needs and hair goals.
• Consultation Fee: The fee for a trichologist consultation is separate from any treatment services and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Duration: Initial consultations typically last 45-60 minutes.
5. Client Intake Form
Before your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a Client Intake Form to ensure your safety and provide a customized service experience. This is a requirement by Georgia state law to maintain proper records.
• Information Collected:
• Personal contact details.
• Health history, including allergies, scalp conditions, and skin sensitivities.
• Lifestyle habits and current hair care routine.
• Specific concerns or goals for your scalp and hair treatment.
• Privacy & Confidentiality: All personal information is kept confidential and will only be used to provide the best care. Your records will not be shared with anyone outside of the professional salon staff.
• Updates: If there are any changes to your health or scalp conditions, please update your intake form at your next visit.
6. Registration
All new clients must be registered in our system to receive services. Registration includes completing the Client Intake Form and confirming your consent to our policies.
• New Client Registration: When you first visit, we will ask you to fill out a brief form with your contact details, medical background, and any concerns you have regarding your hair and scalp.
• Returning Clients: We encourage all clients to update their information annually, or sooner if there are significant changes in your health or treatment preferences.
Additional Policies
• Children and Pets: For the safety and comfort of all our clients, children must be supervised at all times. We also ask that you leave pets at home, except for service animals.
• Mobile Phones: For a peaceful and relaxing environment, please keep your mobile phones on silent or vibrate mode during your appointment. If you need to take an urgent call, kindly step outside the treatment area.

At Inside Out Hair Solutions, we are committed to providing you with the best hair and scalp care experience. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the services and products you receive. Please review our return policy below:
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
• We strive to provide high-quality services tailored to your unique hair and scalp needs. If you are not satisfied with a treatment or service, please inform us within 7 days of your appointment.
• We will offer a complimentary consultation to address your concerns and, where applicable, provide a touch-up or adjustment to achieve the desired outcome.
• If a solution cannot be found or a service is deemed unsatisfactory, a refund or credit may be issued at the discretion of the management.
2. Product Returns
• For products purchased at Inside Out Hair Solutions, we offer returns within 14 days from the date of purchase if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
• Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee, which will be charged at the discretion of the management.
4. Exceptions
• Special conditions may apply for customized treatments, packages, or promotional offers. These are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
